Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in unused, original condition with packaging and tags intact. Returns are accepted in cases where:
- The item does not match the description
- You received the wrong product
- The item is defective or damaged
All returns must be in their original condition with complete packaging.
How to Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when returning items. Epend does not charge additional return processing fees.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Item not received: 100% refund
- Incorrect item or item not as described: 100% refund (return required)
- Defective or damaged item: 100% refund (return required)
- Customer dissatisfaction: 80% refund (return required)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
Order Cancellation Policy
